Who’s the happiest person I know? People in my family are pretty happy because we’re always laughing and cracking up. A friend of mine from college is really happy, and has been for a while – she treats people very kindly, and is quite religious – she doesn’t let bad things affect her for a long time, and she doesn’t pick fights or get into conflicts even when she disagrees with people.
One of my cats is the happiest cat I know. He’s ALWAYS happy, it seems. Or in a good mood. Or easily put into a good mood. It’s really quite remarkable how he outputs megawatts of contentment.
As for real people, it’s hard to think of anyone who’s the happiest! They’re all generally happy, sometimes reflective or sad, but I guess having natural ups and downs. So that’s very interesting.
I am the happiest person I’ve ever seen. How do I do that? I don’t pretend others to change, to act against their will or to give me more than they can give. I just take every moment as it comes. I don’t seek for opportunities, but can spot and grab one when it comes my way. I don’t get angry. If something bad happens, then I seek for solutions, not for spotting the guilty.
Now I’m happy to discover your blog. I’m going to spend some time here.
